How many people can stay at Plas Pantyderi Manor?

Plas Pantyderi Manor comfortably accommodates up to 21 guests, making it one of the largest luxury self-catering holiday homes in Pembrokeshire. Whether you’re planning a family reunion, celebration, birthday, anniversary, corporate retreat or a holiday with friends, the Manor offers spacious accommodation, large communal living areas and extensive grounds for everyone to enjoy together.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Our standard check-in time is from 4:00 pm, allowing us plenty of time to prepare the Manor to the highest standard before your arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 am on your departure day.

If you’re looking for an earlier check-in or later check-out, please get in touch before your stay. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

Is there private parking?

Yes. Plas Pantyderi Manor offers free private parking for up to 10 vehicles, making it ideal for large groups and guests travelling separately.

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the Manor?

Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the Manor.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there?

The Manor has 10 spacious bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 21 guests.

Accommodation includes:

  • 5 en-suite bedrooms
  • 5 bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities
  • A large family bathroom with a bath and wash basin
  • A separate walk-in shower room

The flexible bedroom layout makes the Manor ideal for family holidays, celebrations and group stays.

How many separate beds are there?

The Manor offers 18 separate beds, with many bedrooms featuring zip-and-link beds that can be made as either super king-size or single beds.

The principal bedroom and several other king-size beds are fixed and cannot be separated.

After booking, you’ll receive a bed configuration spreadsheet. Simply tick the boxes to let us know how you’d like each zip-and-link bed prepared before your arrival.

Do you have guest beds?

Yes. We have two additional guest beds available for £30 per bed. This includes fresh bed linen and towels.

Simply add a guest bed when completing your booking.

Kitchen & Dining

Is the kitchen fully equipped for cooking for 21 guests?

Yes. Our large farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals for up to 21 guests, whether you’re cooking yourselves or hiring a private chef.

Do you have a coffee machine?

Yes. We have a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine with a few complimentary pods provided on arrival.

We also provide three large cafetières, perfect for making coffee for larger groups.

Are BBQs provided?

Yes. Guests can enjoy our 6-burner Outback gas barbecue, with gas included free of charge.

Facilities

Is the hot tub available all year round?

Yes. Our outdoor wellness area is open all year and includes:

  • Hot tub
  • Sauna
  • Cold plunge pool
  • Outdoor shower

Whether you’re visiting in the summer or enjoying a cosy winter break, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after exploring the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Please bring separate towels for the outdoor wellness area.

Is there a games room?

Yes. Inside you’ll find a full-size snooker table.

Outside you’ll find:

  • Cricket
  • Rounders
  • Giant Jenga
  • Other lawn games
Are towels provided?

Yes. Each guest receives:

  • One bath towel
  • One hand towel

Are hair dryers provided?

Yes. Every bedroom has a hair dryer.

Is there an iron and ironing board?

Yes. There are three irons and ironing boards available throughout the Manor.

Do you have a washing machine and tumble dryer?

Yes. We provide a washing machine and a few complimentary washing pods.

Although we don’t have a tumble dryer, there are two clothes airers and a washing line under the veranda.

For larger laundry loads, Wash Day in Newport offers self-service and service washes nearby.

Accessibility

Is the property suitable for guests with limited mobility?

Most of the ground floor is on one level, making the main living areas easier to access. However, please note that the Manor does not have a ground-floor bedroom, so it may not be suitable for guests who are unable to use stairs.

If you have specific accessibility requirements, please get in touch before booking and we’ll be happy to discuss whether Plas Pantyderi Manor is suitable for your needs.

Dogs

Are dogs welcome?

Yes. We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs at Plas Pantyderi Manor, so your four-legged family members can enjoy a holiday in the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside too.

There is a £30 charge per dog for the duration of your stay, and you can simply add your dog(s) when completing your booking.

To help keep the Manor enjoyable for all guests, we ask that dogs are not left unattended in the property, are kept off the furniture, and are supervised around the surrounding farmland and livestock. There are plenty of scenic walks nearby for you and your dog to enjoy together.

Is the garden fully enclosed?

No. The Manor is surrounded by beautiful Pembrokeshire farmland and working agricultural land with grazing livestock. While the grounds are extensive and private, they are not fully enclosed, so children and dogs should always be supervised outdoors.

Shopping And Essentials

Which supermarkets deliver?

Tesco, Asda and Morrisons all deliver directly to Plas Pantyderi Manor, making it easy to stock up for your stay without needing to visit the shops.

Many guests choose to book a grocery delivery before they arrive, arranging for it to be delivered shortly after check-in at 4:00 pm, so they can unpack, settle in and start enjoying their holiday straight away.

What should we bring?

We recommend bringing:

  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner
  • Shower gel
  • Cooking oil
  • Separate towels for the hot tub

We provide starter supplies including:

  • Hand wash
  • 2–3 toilet rolls per toilet
  • Tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper
  • Tea towels
  • Washing-up liquid
  • A small number of dishwasher tablets
  • Dish cloths

These are starter supplies to help you settle in. Once they have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they require.

There are local shops and supermarkets nearby, making it easy to pick up groceries, toiletries and other essentials during your stay.

Is there EV charging?

Yes. An electric vehicle charging point is available for guests. Please bring your own charging cable.

 

Exploring Pembrokeshire

Are there walks directly from the Manor?

Yes. There are numerous countryside walks that begin directly from the Manor, allowing you to explore the beautiful Pembrokeshire landscape without getting in the car. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and its award-winning beaches are also just a short drive away.

Celebrations & Special Occasions

Can you recommend caterers or private chefs?

Yes. We’re happy to recommend trusted local caterers and private chefs who regularly provide dining experiences for guests staying at Plas Pantyderi Manor.

Can decorations be put up?

Yes. Decorations are welcome, provided they don’t leave marks, holes or damage to the Manor’s walls, ceilings or furnishings.

I cannot recommend Plas Pantyderi highly enough! We booked the house as a large family gathering and we were extremely impressed. Great communication from Anna beforehand which helped with our planning of a fantastic weekend. The house was spotless and it looked like it had recently been decorated. The attention to detail was perfect.

The layout of the house worked really well for us, children and parents on the first floor with the other other adults at the quieter side of the house. The bar area was a great hit and loved by everyone, perfect for all the party games!

Everyone agreed that Plas Pantyderi was a great find and we would all love to come and stay again.
